Our standard
Chargewise is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including keyboard operation, visible focus, semantic headings, labelled controls, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion compatibility and meaningful error messages.
Known limitations
Uploaded third-party PDFs and spreadsheets may not themselves be accessible. Complex statement tables can require horizontal scrolling on small screens. We can provide key case information in an alternative accessible format on request.
Tell us about a problem
Email support@getchargewise.com with the page, assistive technology and difficulty encountered. We will acknowledge the report and provide a practical alternative while it is investigated.
